摘要:

干眼是常见眼科疾病,目前仍缺少客观的、特异性非侵入性检查方法。相干光断层扫描(OCT)利用角膜适配模块在干眼的应用中主要集中于对泪新月的结构进行无创、实时、动态、定量地测量,前节OCT测得的泪新月参数具有良好的准确性、重复性和再现性,尤其是泪新月高度(TMH)与泪新月面积(TMA),其与传统的干眼诊断方法有着不同程度的相关性,并初步设定了诊断干眼的各个泪新月参数的界值,为干眼的诊断研究提供了新的思路,为干眼的临床诊治和随访奠定了可靠依据。(国际眼科纵览, 2016,  40:  342-347)

Abstract:

Dry eye is one of the most common diseases in ophthalmology,but it still lacks an objective, specific and non-invasive examination method. Optical coherence tomography (OCT) with the corneal adapter module in the application of dry eye focused on the use of tear meniscus, it is non-invasive, real-time, dynamic and quantitative measurements for tear meniscus parameters. Tear meniscus measured by AS-OCT has good accuracy, repetition and reproducibility, especially the tear meniscus height (TMH) and tear meniscus area (TMA).  Because of different degree of correlation with the traditional method of dry eye diagnosis, they are very helpful for the preliminary diagnosis of dry eye. It provides a new way of thinking for the clinical diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of dry eye. (Int Rev Ophthalmol, 2016, 40: 342-347)
